It takes a dedicated, professional, Spirit-led team to bring The Sanctuary Church's mission and vision to life on a day to day basis. Without the dedication, determination, and cooperation of each individual in each department, the Sanctuary Church would not be able to offer so much to so many.

Pastor Louise Howe

lhm1 Our pastor Louise Howe has been ministering to the Sanctuary Church since it began over 30 years ago. She was the first paid pastor and is again the only paid pastor since Ralph has been released to work full time on his apostolic ministry. Louise has been prophetically called out and commissioned as an apostle.

Louise is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Master of Divinity from the College of Emmanuel and St.Chad.  Louise has also graduated from the Canadian Theological Seminary in Regina with a Master of Arts in Missiology degree.

Louise has focused on the pastoral side of the ministry spending many years working with the teens, the Sunday School, the women's ministry and the development of small group ministry and volunteer ministry, special services such as weddings, and regularly sings with the worship team and preaches.

Louise believes that every believer is meant to serve God in some capacity and that her main job is to train people to do their ministry. Louise is a team player who takes delight is seeing young and old released to use their gifts to serve God. Another of Louise's goals is to facilitate inner healing and deliverance and has had training and experience in that area.

Louise is wife to Ralph, mother to six and grandmother to eleven wonderful children who keep her feeling young at heart.
